REC Schools and Academies celebrates it's 34th year of existence in the year 2026. With other achievements and memberships as follows:

REC Schools was founded in 1992 and registered with the department of Education. We have highly qualified educators teaching classrooms of no more than 25 learners. We have maintained a 95% and above pass rate for 27 years and achieved 100% in 2017 ,100% in 2018, 100% in 2019, 100% in 2020 and again 100% in 2021.
We have competitive fees and offer a safe and conducive academic environment. There is strict controlled study hours with residing teachers also boarding on the premise.
We offer all-inclusive boarding with 24 hours supervision. We have brand new dedicated Boarding facilities of which the newest upgrades was completed early in 2019.
3 Well balanced meals per day.
Controlled study hours daily including weekends 16:00 to 17:30 pm and 19:00 to 20:00 pm.
Some of our educators reside in the hostel and are involved in day to day monitoring of the specified houses.
Included is laundry service twice weekly for uniform and twice weekly for personals.
We also clean the rooms every day and host activities over weekends.
Many Boarders form Botswana and surrounding provinces only returns home over school holidays.
We have an activities and sports development coach as full time guide during and after school hours. For eg our Soccer Academy was successful to reach the South African Football Association and the South African Breweries Regional League. Mr. Phila Ncube was a professional football player for Jomo Cosmos Football Club.
